Roger Campbell is the Director of the Division of Risk and Compliance, Office of Strategic Oversight and Planning, Bureau of Trust Funds Administration (BTFA), US Dept of Interior. He has 12 years of federal service, the last eight with BTFA. Roger joined BTFA in 2015 as a Fiduciary Trust Officer with the Field Operations Division. In 2021, Roger became the Internal Coordinator/Audit Liaison for BTFA and this year was named to his current position.
Prior to his federal service, Roger has acquired a diverse work history which includes 6 years of banking (Wells Fargo); 4 years developing and leading a tribal non-profit on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation; and 10 years as a South Dakota state government employee serving in Education and intergovernmental affairs. Roger served in the United States Marine Corps and after his service time, he graduated from South Dakota State University, Brookings, SD.
Roger is based in Topeka, KS.
