Ariel Shalin is a Manager in Deloitte’s Cyber & Strategic Risk practice. Her specialty is maturing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs for government entities, including advising clients on risk and strategy and training stakeholders on the value and mechanics of ERM.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Ariel held several positions at ExxonMobil, which included co-building the company’s geopolitical risk function. Before ExxonMobil, Ariel taught high school English with Teach for America.
Ariel earned an MBA and Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern California.
