Serves as a Compliance Auditor in VHA Office of Integrity and Compliance (OIC) within the Risk Management team. Work closely with each VA Medical Center to help identify, assess and mitigate potential risks. Prior positions include serving as the Integrity & Compliance Office / IntegratedEthics Officer at the local VHA Medical Center as well as serving as the Health System Specialist in the Nursing Department.
Master degree in Business Administration and certified as a Personal Financial Counselor. Certified in Change Management, Internal Controls, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Resides in the Upper Peninsula (UP) of Michigan with my husband who is a retired U.S. Army Veteran of 20 years. Previously were stationed in Missouri, Florida, South Carolina and Germany. Have 2 children both who serve in the US Army and one grandchild.
