Thomas Holland is a Director in Guidehouse’s Financial Services segment with over 13 years of professional consulting experience. Mr. Holland regularly assists clients in high profile environments and often under intense scrutiny with program and operational design, governance, process improvement, and risk management. He is recognized as a leader in the federal risk management space and is regularly engaged to advise organizations on their enterprise risk management (ERM) efforts. He was a Principal Contributor to the Compendium of Examples for the 2017 COSO ERM Framework. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Association for Federal ERM (AFERM) from 2019 to 2022. He holds a degree in Economics and French from the University of Virginia and also holds the RIMS CRMP and RIMS Federal ERM certifications.
