Brian Webb is currently the Division Director for Policy, Training, and Accountability within the Office of the Controller at the Environmental Protection Agency. His current portfolio is to oversee the EPA’s program integrity operations which includes risk management, internal controls, payment integrity, fraud risk management, and audit management functions. Across his career the EPA, Brian has been an integral subject matter expert and project lead for multiple complex financial management projects and financial system implementations including the agency enactment of its DATA Act reporting, business process-engineering activities related to interagency agreements, and onboarding multiple versions, including the original implementation, of its financial system.
