This event is hosted by the KPMG Government Institute.

The KPMG Government Institute, in collaboration with AFERM, invite you to a Webcast discussing approaches to assess and strengthen a government organization’s risk culture.

The risk culture has been identified as the top barrier to implementing enterprise risk management (ERM). This Webcast will explore risk culture, which is the heart and soul of ERM since it drives what actually happens in organizations, in the context of four fundamental questions:

  • Why focus on risk culture?
  • What are the fundamental considerations in changing the risk culture?
  • What are the attributes of leading risk cultures?
  • How do organizations address gaps in their risk culture?

The presenters for this Webcast are Laura Price, Partner and KPMG’s Federal Risk Consulting Leader, Jeff Steinhoff, Managing Director of the KPMG Government Institute and Edmund Green, Managing Director in KPMG’s Risk Consulting practice.
