This data will be used to gain a better understanding of the time commitments our volunteers provide and the requirements for various roles in the organization. As we build our rewards program to recognize our volunteers, these self-reported forms will give us insight into your contributions to the AFERM community.
General Guidelines for Reporting
- For one-time, task-based, or short-term contributions, enter hours upon completion of the activity.
- For long-term, on-going contributions, enter hours every week for simpler tracking.
