“I am very excited to be on this team of ERM experts! I think of it as being a piece in a puzzle: by myself, I am incomplete. As part of the “bigger picture,” however, I can not only show my value but also serve others as a connecting piece to their greatness. Serving those around me by taking into consideration how I can help the other “pieces of the puzzle” is how I would want to fit in.
ERM is not my background. It is my foreground: what I live and breathe in my professional life. The clients I’ve served and the decisions I’ve helped them think through with an ERM focus quite literally shaped my career. I look forward to sharing those experiences with the AFERM Board and community while learning from all of you.”
