Thomas Holland is a Director in Guidehouse’s Financial Services Advisory and Compliance segment focused on helping entities enable their missions through enhanced enterprise risk management. Thomas served as the Programs Committee Chair for the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management (AFERM) for over 6 years. Thomas also served as a Principal Contributor for the 2017 COSO ERM Framework Compendium of Examples. Thomas holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and French from the University of Virginia and holds a RIMS Certified Risk Management Professional Certification as well as the Federal ERM Micro-Credential.
