Bob ZukisBob is the Founder and CEO of Digital Directors Network. DDN is the only boardroom advisory and executive network focused exclusively on systemic risk and digital and cybersecurity risk oversight.

Bob is one of the world’s leading advocates and educators on these issues related to corporate governance and the digital business system. He’s the creator of DiRECTOR™, the only systemic risk framework for governing complex digital business systems.

Bob is also a board member for the NACD PSW chapter and is a Senior Fellow in The Conference Board’s ESG Center. He’s an Adjunct Professor at the USC Marshall School of Business, where he teaches corporate governance, strategic management, and global business issues.

As a global business and technology executive, he’s lived and worked on four continents across 20 countries. He is a retired PwC Advisory Partner, where he led PwC’s IT strategy and operations practice, west coast cybersecurity practice, and data management practices. He was a member of PwC’s Global and APAC leadership teams.

He has also held roles as a SaaS CEO and executive director, PE advisor, and advisory board member.
