AFERM News

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) could not be more relevant in the federal government than it is today. As a key resource to prioritize resources, optimize spending, and realize efficiencies, ERM helps agencies achieve their missions and objectives. This Summit is an opportunity to strengthen support for ERM and advance its role as an essential tool for success.

On October 21–22, 2025, AFERM’s 2025 Virtual Summit, "Mission Possible: Unlocking the Future of Enterprise Risk Management," will explore a critical question: What will ERM look like beyond 2025 — and who will shape its future?

This year’s Summit sessions and workshops are organized around three themes:

  • Innovate – Learn to use innovative and emerging solutions and techniques to better identify, assess and respond to risks before they are realized.

  • Integrate – Learn to better collaborate ERM with Planning, Budgeting and Strategy and improve risk-based decision making.

  • Impact – Learn how to create a greater impact for realizing agency mission, optimize opportunities and reduce fraud, waste and abuse, through ERM

AFERM is the premier think-tank for generating fresh ideas and tools about ERM. There is no better place to spend two full days learning, networking, and earning valuable CPE credits.

Don’t wait—secure your spot and be part of the conversation redefining ERM’s future.
