ERM Areas of Guidance |
AFERM is developing Federal ERM Areas of Practice Guidance which lays out a voluntary, suggested set of practices for ERM in the federal government. The first four Federal ERM Areas of Practice Guidance on Governance, ERM Maturity Models and Maturity Assessment, Risk Appetite Statement, and Establishing the Context are available for download below. The document has been through extensive peer review and received Board approval in February 2022. To accompany this guidance, AFERM hosted two webinars in March 2022 with panel discussions. AFERM members can watch these recordings on-demand. AFERM has completed the next set of draft Areas of Guidance and seeks member input on the content. We encourage your comments in areas of major discrepancies, issues of comprehension, or other similar issues. |
