Volunteer Time Reporting

Thank you for volunteering with AFERM!

We kindly ask our volunteers to report hours spent on tasks that support AFERM programs, events, and activities. Please fill in the form below to let us know how much time you’ve spent volunteering with AFERM.

This data will be used to gain a better understanding of the time commitments our volunteers provide and the requirements for various roles in the organization. As we build our rewards program to recognize our volunteers, these self-reported forms will give us insight into your contributions to the AFERM community.

General Guidelines for Reporting

  • For one-time, task-based, or short-term contributions, enter hours upon completion of the activity.
  • For long-term, on-going contributions, enter hours every week for simpler tracking.
