The Chief Financial Officers Council (CFOC) and the Performance Improvement Council (PIC) have released the updated Playbook: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for the U.S. Federal Government. The Playbook is the result of an interagency effort convened by the Office of Executive Councils under the leadership of the Chief Financial Officer Council. Originally released in 2016, the updated Playbook provides guidance and updates to Integrating ERM with strategic planning, performance, budgeting, and internal controls, Risk Appetite and Tolerance, ERM and Cybersecurity, as well as updates to appendices related to workforce characteristics, and maturity model.
The Playbook draft discussed in this webinar is only available on the OMB Max website and cannot be distributed at this time. Once it is released for distribution, AFERM will post it to our Resource Library.
