William Cabrera is the Lead Management and Program Analyst at the FirstNet Authority responsible for the development, implementation and maturation of the Enterprise Risk Management program and has over a decade of experience and expertise within the telecommunications sector.
Prior to his Federal service, Will led internal control teams in large, rapid growth and startup companies. He is a strong proponent of developing strategic relationships as a foundation for professional success and has been a driver in implementing collaborative technologies to optimize organizational visibility of risk and alignment with the corporate strategy objectives using tools such as SharePoint, Power BI and risk analytics tools.
Will holds several certifications including CRMP-FED, SCRUM and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. He currently resides in Loudoun County, Virginia with his wife and daughter.
