Sarah (SJ) Lynch currently serves as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Enterprise Risk Management Director. Since 2011, she has held cross-cutting senior manager and executive roles at the U.S. Departments of Energy, Agriculture, and Health and Human Services. Prior to these roles, she led and conducted studies at GAO and worked briefly on the Hill. She earned her MPP at the U of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs and lives in the Hill East area of Washington, DC.
