Kate Kraycirik is the Director of Enterprise Risk Management at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Prior to starting the Enterprise Risk Management program, Kate was in charge of the MD Anderson’s Risk Management section in the Legal services department providing ongoing assistance, guidance and oversight for related activities at MD Anderson, with particular emphasis on patient care risk review and reduction, investigation, management and resolution of claims and incidents, and risk management education for health care providers and administrators.
Kate received a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies from the University of St. Andrews-Scotland, and a Masters of Medical Law and Ethics from Kings College, University of London.
