The Partnership for Public Service (www.ourpublicservice.org) will be hosting a discussion with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on how Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) fits into the President’s reorganization and government reform initiatives.  (M-17-22 is available here).

As part of its work leading an interagency dialogue about ERM over the past year, the Partnership for Public Service, in conjunction with Deloitte, is hosting a working session to help federal leaders understand and discuss these new initiatives and their impacts on ERM.

During the session, you will:

  • Hear OMB leaders discuss their updated expectations for ERM and why it may be more important than ever
  • Learn how leading agency practitioners are incorporating ERM into their reform responses
  • Discuss how your risk profile can be used to develop your reform plan, as well as what risks are created by your proposed reforms
