     8:30 am - 10:30 am (Eastern)

This event is hosted by Partnership for Public Service and Deloitte. This event is not sponsored by AFERM and provided here for informational purposes.

In the three years since OMB issued updates to Circular A-123 requiring agencies to establish Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs at all 24 CFO Act agencies, we have seen progress in how federal organizations identify, assess and manage risks. Federal leaders are now at a critical point where it is important to reflect on lessons learned to shape the future of federal ERM.

On Tuesday, September 17, from 8:30-10:30 a.m., the Partnership for Public Service, in conjunction with Deloitte[1], will host an event to delve into both the current and future state of federal ERM programs and start the conversation on leading practices. This event will include a Federal ERM Oversight Panel and OMB Working Group Panel for information on plans for the future of ERM and important focus areas. In addition, participants will break out into small groups to provide inputs to the OMB working groups on barriers and opportunities at their agencies to improving ERM.

For more information or to request registration please contact LLogan-Wood@ourpublicservice.org. AFERM cannot process registrations or answer questions about this event.
