GW: Tools and Techniques of ERM Program (3-day)

This 3-day program will take a deep-dive into both the quantitative and qualitative tools of ERM, including risk measurement, robust data analysis, and impact evaluation. Participants will also have to opportunity to learn about some of the best practices of “ERM-mature” organizations, and then practice and apply what they learned in a set of hands-on exercises and a risk modeling simulation.
