Valerie Lubrano Quinones is a Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst at Putnam Investments. She has over 15 years of experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Valerie specializes in building out proactive ERM capabilities through the integration of risk-aligned organizational functions. Previously Valerie was a Senior Manager and the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Competency Lead in the Government and Public Sector practice of EY, and the Director of Risk Management and Strategic Operations for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.
Valerie holds the Associate in Risk Management designation from the Institutes. She earned a Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Policy in International Security and Economic Policy from the University of Maryland – College Park. She has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Finance from Northeastern University.
