Please click here to access the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management (AFERM) Enterprise Risk Management in the Public Sector 2014 Survey, developed in collaboration with PwC.  The survey should only take 15-20 minutes of your time, and your perspectives will help us consider how risk management is currently used across Federal Departments and Agencies.  We plan to release this survey on an annual basis moving forward to understand the current state of risk management, and also allow us to report where public sector organizations are headed in risk management.  Your participation in this survey will help us develop a comprehensive picture of federal risk management practices, not only for 2014, but also for comparative purposes on a year-over-year basis in the future.

As noted in the survey, we will maintain the confidentiality of your individual responses. All responses are treated in the strictest confidence and no identifiable information will be used or reported without your consent. As a thank you for your participation, we will send you a copy of the final report following our analysis.

If you have any questions about technical issues related to completing the survey, please contact us via this email: stephen.leftwich@us.pwc.com.
